  • What services do you offer?
    We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and specialized treatments for a range of mental health disorders, included but not limited to mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)/Trauma-Related Disorders, Sleep disorders.
  • Do you offer Telehealth services?
    Yes, we offer Telehealth services to provide patients with access to psychiatric care from the comfort of their home or any private location. Through a secure & confidential video call, we bring our expertise directly to you, in the comfort & privacy of your own home.
  • What should I expect during my first visit?
    Your first visit will involve a detailed psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and any specific concerns you have. This session helps in forming a diagnosis and developing a personalized treatment plan.
  • How can I book an appointment?
    You can book an appointment by visiting our website at www.mentispathwaysinc.com where you can schedule directly through our online booking system. We use Headway to handle all billing and administrative tasks, allowing us to focus entirely on our work together. Headway takes care of everything related to payments and insurance, making the process as simple as possible for you. The Headway team will send you an email to guide you through setting up your account and adding your insurance and payment information. You'll be able to see your session cost in advance and check your benefits through the client portal.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans insurance. Please visit our website to check your insurance details to confirm if we are in-network with your provider. Alternatively, you can call your insurance company to verify our participation. We also offer cash-pay options at our practice. If you have any questions or want to learn more about our cash-pay options, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to support you on your mental health journey.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
  • How do I prepare for a Telehealth session?
    For a Telehealth session, ensure you have a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection. Use a device with a camera and microphone. Test your setup prior to the appointment to ensure everything is working properly.
  • Can I contact you for emergencies?
    Our practice does not handle direct emergencies. If you have a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent matters that are not life-threatening, please call our office during business hours.
